Don’t waste your time. Staff were incredibly rude and salesgirl actually sighed at me when I asked if there any other options than the $695.00 chair I asked about. Fair enough there may not have been other options, but she made me feel like I’d taken up her whole day when if fact I’d been in there less than 5 minutes.
Great to see real Service is still alive and well. Thanks for the service for my scooter, which was a product that they don’t sell but only too happy to assist me with. Great communication and fair cost.
Placed an order & 3 days later it had not arrived. Rang the Forster store who said it was to be sent from Taree the next day. Nothing arrived. Left it for 3 days then sent an email that I received no reply to. Rang again 11 days after original order placed only to be told it was coming from Port Macquarie, so who knows when my order will be received. This would have to be rte worst company I gave ever dealt with. Don't answer the phone, don't call back when leaving a message. I ordered an observed table online and trying to get what I paid for was impossible. Constant excuse if understaffed, which I think is just an excuse, but if not ENPLOY MORE STAFF!!! It's not an excuse. I was told it's in stock will take a week and invoice will come with the item.
