Placed an order & 3 days later it had not arrived. Rang the Forster store who said it was to be sent from Taree the next day. Nothing arrived. Left it for 3 days then sent an email that I received no reply to. Rang again 11 days after original order placed only to be told it was coming from Port Macquarie, so who knows when my order will be received. Great to see real Service is still alive and well. Thanks for the service for my scooter, which was a product that they don’t sell but only too happy to assist me with. Great communication and fair cost.
This would have to be rte worst company I gave ever dealt with. Don't answer the phone, don't call back when leaving a message. I ordered an observed table online and trying to get what I paid for was impossible. Constant excuse if understaffed, which I think is just an excuse, but if not ENPLOY MORE STAFF!!! It's not an excuse. I was told it's in stock will take a week and invoice will come with the item. Dealing with Vital Living was made easy by staff. Every dealing with them has been so wonderful. They made my nerves settle. Mobility Products I’ve received are top quality & suited perfectly to my needs. I will be dealing with only this company for my mobility aids from now on.
I hired a wheelchair. Price was much more reasonable than others! Staff were so friendly and helpful. Even helped when I brought it back early. Thank you so much
