The doctor is excellent — but the office staff needs to improve communication. I want to be clear that I have no complaints about my cardiologist — he is knowledgeable, caring, and thorough. However, my experience with the office staff has been disappointing. I had an echo, stress test, and wore a heart monitor for review. At that time, I specifically told the staff that if I owed anything additional, to please let me know so I could pay it using my flex spending account. Dr. Kamran and the staff at Vital Heart & Vein have been so helpful to me. Appointments have been easy to setup, and they are very good about calling if something opens up sooner than originally scheduled. They even have Saturday appointments available for some of their testing. I’m really grateful that it was Dr. Kamran I saw when I was in the emergency room, and that he was able to continue seeing me for my follow up care.

Dr. Nidal is well mannered and very pleasant.
