I left my appointment at Vital Health Medical Centre Kensington feeling dismissed and not properly informed about my health. When my blood test results were reviewed, the focus was placed almost entirely on my iron being “borderline” and I was advised to eat more red meat. There was no meaningful explanation of my other results or how factors such as sleep, inflammation or overall cardiovascular risk could be affecting them. My appointment was at 4pm, I received a phone call I should come at 6pm and after waiting there for over an hour I had to reschedule. This practice is an absolute waste of time. Can’t recommend to anyone.
