I workout six days a week. Heather is awesome. She knows exactly what she is doing to get the soreness out of my muscles. The facility is very clean and the staff are very professional.
You know that feeling when you walk through the doors and can finally exhale? That’s Vital Health. The space is clean, welcoming, and instantly relaxing. I’ve had massages from several different therapists here, and every experience has been wonderful. The online booking system is easy to navigate and I've always been able to get on the schedule quickly.
The staff is warm and welcoming. Always a relaxing experience. The massage rooms have a great ambiance. Love the darkened rooms and heated tables! Chancee is absolutely THEE best! Sometimes I swear she knows my body better than I do. I always walk out refreshed, renewed, and ready to take on the day!
A big fan and supporter of Vital Health! Ladies are so kind, sweet, and professional. I love the ambiance and I am always leaving relaxed and satisfied. Tammy is very skilled and personable. Aubrey recently gave me my first prenatal massage, as well, and I cannot believe I waited that long for one. It was amazing. Exactly what my body needed at this point of my pregnancy. Aubrey was professional, kind, and answered all my questions with confidence. I love them!!
Tammy was absolutely amazing. She really does care and wants to make sure to heal you in a way that makes you feel comfortable with what you’re having done. The place is awesome atmosphere is great.
