Amelia has been my coach for almost a year now. Her and her husband Luis are amazing trainers and are dedicated to their clients. I competed in my first bikini bodybuilding competition this year and Amelia was with me every step of the way. She loves her job and it shows. I competed in 2 shows and 5 classes in total and placed in every single class! I couldn't have done that well without her!
