I have been with Dr. Jefferies since she came to Norwich (15 years ago) and I couldn’t believe the comments that are left on here. Dr. Jefferies is wonderful. She has always been attentive, kind and thorough. You cannot find a doctor that truly cares about yours, and your families well being like she does. As for the receptionists, I’d be an unhappy person too if I picked up the phone to demanding people all day long. I hope we can all be respectful towards the staff there as they do the best they can.
My Doctor is not bad, however I can't say the same for the receptionist. Twice now I've arrived only to be told "Oh sorry, your appointment was rescheduled, didn't you get our call?" Well, if I did, I wouldn't be here standing in front of you"!! Again today, I had an appointment for 2:15pm I marked it on my calendar, I arrived today on time only to be told, "sorry you missed your appointment you were booked for 12:30pm" I know I should be happy that I at least have a doctor, but honestly this is so frustrating having to lose... read more
Tried to cancel my appointment today and got a lot of uncalled for attitude and ignorance from the receptionist as I already apologize for the late notice I did not need to be degraded any further!!!
