If you are looking for a great massage therapist in the CU area, I would highly recommend Amy at Vital Flow CU. Amy is a very caring and considerate person, and her passion for helping others is palpable. She has created a beautiful space with a peaceful ambiance that instantly puts you at ease. She begins each massage by asking what you want/need, focuses on those areas, and is very attentive to feedback during the massage. Vital Flow CU is truly a local treasure.
Over the years, I have seen approximately 30 massage therapists. Amy is the best one of the bunch. I prefer a deep massage and she is skilled at getting the hard to reach knots with just the right amount of pressure. I cannot recommend her enough. Anyone I refer to her invariably comes back with equally high praise.
