Went in today to purchase 3 gifts for 90 minutes massages. Didn’t have the exact cash on me, so the owner charged an additional 10% on credit card despite me asking to take that off. Extremely greedy place. THEY DO PROVIDE GOOD SERVICE BUT DO NOT TIP THEM. They making ur tips in various hidden charges.
The service was rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend it.
If I could leave 0 stars, I would!!! This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had!!! The therapist was way too rough, and when I told her to go lighter, she didn’t understand me and had to get a coworker to translate—cutting into my massage time. Even after such a bad session, I still tipped her $10 for 30 mins and she asked me to tip more. I felt pressured at the door to tip more for the bad service before leaving, that made the situation even more uncomfortable. Save yourself the trouble—DO NOT go here.
Been going here since new ownership took over. May is the absolute best!
