Colt at VITAL is incredible. I wanted to purchase a gift card for a family member this month and while the staff was nice, the phone communication was frustrating and inconsistent. The first time I called the staff member was unable to help me (not possible to order on their website) and after speaking to his manager advised me to check back at a later date. I checked online on their website AND on google and made over an hour commute to see that they are closed to the public and put a piece of paper on the front door to announce they are closed to the public for their staff holiday party. If you are willing and trying to attract paying customers via certain avenues you should make it obvious via THOSE avenues when you are not open.
