The gym itself is good but as a woman, a member at the gym stalked me home and when I alerted the gym, all he got off with was a warning. Doesn't seem much of a gym that encourages safety.
The staff is incredibly rude, which is a bummer considering how nice the facility is. I can’t help but think that the employees are mistreated because of how shockingly unacceptable their behaviour was towards me and my guests. As a member of Vital LES, I’m very disappointed.
Routesetters need to be fired or need to reevaluate. Community knows that the setting is becoming worse.
Derek at the front desk was so helpful! He was so attentive and really helped my friend and I have a good first time climbing!
