I love the gym but it’s too packed and restoon are under designed. AC it’s gonna kill you in the summer. still the best of Vital gym for me

Cool vibe and beautiful gym. Far too crowded especially during peak times and staff can be a mixed bag. Come for climbing, community, and vibes. Skip for fitness.

I've only been here 3 or 4 times, but it is my favorite climbing gym in the western Queens/northern Brooklyn area. I prefer bouldering on my own. This place is cool and has good vibes. Like most climbing gyms, everybody (staff and users) is friendly. I came here years ago not long after it opened and since then, they have offered me a free climb on my birthday each year. It's not much, but it does keep me coming back and reccomending it. My birthday is coming up, and they just sent me another "come and climb for free" offer.... read more

Suggestion to Mgmt - why is the soap and shampoo always empty in the showers? Seems like a pretty fair ask to have soap in a shower for a sauna that often has 8+ people sweating in it. Perhaps having one of the 5+ employees that stand behind the front desk check the showers every few hours would lead to a cleaner, better smelling and more enjoyable experience for the members! Love the gym but give us some soap!
