Terrible customer services. Staff never call you back. When calling it goes into voice mail to leave a message and these lazy employees never ever give you the courteous call back. Bunch of lazy employees. Can’t even ask a simple question. When driving out to the office door is lock and they don’t want to answer the door. It’s says call first. Yea right answer your fricken phone.

When my mom was discharged from the hospital, this is the company they gave her per her insurance. Please, look elsewhere if you can! They were very quick to drop off the equipment, and the 2 gentleman who delivered were extremely friendly! Unfortunately, she passed away a week after coming home. 3 days after she passed I called them to try and schedule a pick up. I called from 8am-5pm and not once did anyone answer the phone. Have called this company to pick up oxygen equipment dropped of post CABG surgery which I did not need nor used. Took them 4 phone calls and 8 weeks to pick up, return.
