The entire experience went well. The home nurse Jen was such an awesome person. Made a difficult situation tolerable. Trust me this place rocks.
The owner, Chirag, and the clinical team are professional, kind, and went out of their way to accommodate me. It’s rare to find a team that balances clinical excellence with compassionate touch. A 5-star experience all around; I highly recommend them.
I have received regular monthly infusions at Vital Care Tacoma for the past year. These infusions can take up to 5 hours. Each time I arrive I am greeted by friendly staff. The care received by the infusion nurses is excellent. I have had no issues with the office or the care I have received. On the contrary, I have received the utmost care in all respects. The whole team at Vital Care of Tacoma is wonderful and always makes you feel welcome and well taken care of. JuJu especially is an absolute gem — she genuinely cares about her patients and always goes the extra mile to make sure everyone gets their treatments and feels good throughout the process. So grateful for this team!
The team on the phone was just AMAZING and extremely kind and caring and were PATIENT FOCUSED. They worked constantly and consistently with me back and forth over several phone calls to make sure I was approved for the medication, that a nurse was assigned to me, and that I was able to acquire the co-pay assistance funding I needed. EXTREMELY helpful. I am grateful.
