The owner, Chirag, and the clinical team are professional, kind, and went out of their way to accommodate me. It’s rare to find a team that balances clinical excellence with compassionate touch. A 5-star experience all around; I highly recommend them.
I have received regular monthly infusions at Vital Care Tacoma for the past year. These infusions can take up to 5 hours. Each time I arrive I am greeted by friendly staff. The care received by the infusion nurses is excellent. I have had no issues with the office or the care I have received. On the contrary, I have received the utmost care in all respects.
