I was not looking forward to having to change to a new pharmacy and new nursing services for infusions, but WOW, I’m so glad it happened. Jessie and Jackie at the pharmacy are phenomenal. Jessie called me everyday, while we were working on some insurance issues and didn’t stop until it was all resolved. Jackie and Jessie were ON IT at all times, making sure medication was ordered, delivered timely and the nurse was scheduled. I have nothing but nice things to say about the service. Jackie in the pharmacy was very nice and helpful, answering all of my questions, making sure I understood the process and making sure everything worked with my schedule. Ivan rodriguez was also wonderful, making himself available super early so I didn't have to miss work, always being kind and comforting, and making sure I was informed. Would definitely recommend.
