If I could give 0 stars, I would. If you need pharmacy services, I would strongly recommend looking into other providers. My experience with Vital Care was frustrating, unprofessional, and resulted in significant delays in receiving needed care. After three weeks of delays and being given the runaround while trying to obtain medically necessary IV hydration infusions during pregnancy, I received a call directly from management informing me that they would not be providing services. The first delivery was at 6:00 pm very late in the evening. My next delivery was left by FedEx about one mile from my house in the sand and got wet in the rain. The FedEx driver saw the number at the gate but did not drive down the road to the house. He just left it in the sand. Fortunately my neighbor saw it as they drove by. The box did say Refrigerate upon arrival. The on call pharmacist has been the most helpful with my needs and requests.
I go to VitalCare to pick up product so I go a few times a week. The folks there are very nice.
I love Vital care ,always on time with deliveries. The pharmacist is very knowledgeable and is willing to help with any questions. Keep up the great work Vital Care !
