I have had a wonderful experience with this. Zemira has gone above and beyond to work out all the details in ensuring my infusion gets completed. I have never experienced a company continuing to follow up. The other staff members I have interacted with and travel nurse have been great too.
These are the most incompetent people on the planet. I have been sticking with them for 4 years and maybe 1 month out of 4 years have I been to this pharmacy without a problem. I take maintenance meds that are the same every month yet I end up EVERY month having to come back later in the day or this is not on autofill or we didn’t see that or we got new system.
