5 stars is not enough for vital care. Living with an illness that needs injections and infusions is very hard. Vital care makes it easy as possible. The whole staff is great. I work with Wes and Luke mostly and they are so great. I highly recommend using this speciality pharmacy instead of the big ones. I have used most of them.
After being in the hospital for 3 weeks,plus the ice and snow the last thing I wanted was to have to sit somewhere teathered to a pole with a bag of yellow liquid that would aid in saving my life. I was scared and nervous and didn't know what to expect from the first hello by the most sincere and kind gem of a receptionist I knew I would be in good hands. I recently received treatments here for 5 weeks in a row. My experience each time, was supportive, efficient, and really positive. Lauren, Stefan , and Josie were the staff I saw most for my care and I can’t say enough about the service I received. Kindness, attentiveness, and compassion seem to be something this team embodies naturally.
