Horrible service and drivers. Had a poor patient waiting over 1.5 hours to be picked up from an appointment. Called three times, each time I was told the driver was almost there. The 3rd time dispatch said the driver has been idle for 22 minutes, which means she was probably sitting in the parking lot bc she came up as soon as I hung up. Poor patient was sitting here in tears.

I use vital care for transport to and from dialysis. I have that the dispatchers are courteous and efficient. The drivers are awesome. Everyone with the company rates 5stars and above.

If it were possible to give 1000 stars,This company would get and deserve every last one. I am a bariatric dialysis patient with bilateral below the knee amputations and I am transported 3 times a week by Vital Care via bariatric stretcher and ambulance.Everyone that I have come into contact with has treated me with the utmost respect , care and concern. This company is awful. They were over an hour late to get a family member to an appointment. The lady I spoke on the phone with was rude and disrespectful. They are absolutely horrible
