We had Vital Air Conditioning Services come and look at our old unit because the heat wasn't working. They were fast & efficient but very knowledgeable and their customer service is amazing. I highly recommend them.
Joe is not just the best AC repairman I've met, but a genuinely great guy who's philosophy is to fix problems, not just randomly replace parts and hope for the best. He has over 16 years experience, which help in finding the problem extremely quickly. Our AC cooling stopped working a week before Christmas 2021 and 6 hours after calling in the morning, Joe was at our house. Our ducted ac system hasnt sounded right for a long time and finally got around to looking for a technician for help. I called Vital this morning and someone was able to come to inspect and repair on the same day. Joe was our technician - he is friendly and got the job done quickly. Thanks!
