This is the second time we've used Vital. The first time was mid summer, and we had to book a time nearly two weeks ahead, which we understood as it must be their busiest time. They got in touch and came sooner. We have a very old system that was installed as part of the inner west/3rd runway noise mitigation scheme so it's not a straightforward job. Vital Airconditioning is very impressive. Both the original weekend emergency callout, the diagnostics of the old system and now the replacement of my unit were done quickly and efficiently. Joe and his team were awesome and went above and beyond. I highly recommend Vital Airconditioning.
Our aircon's on the roof of our terrace. Joe arrived on time and repaired our broken unit in the mid-winter rain and wind. Great work, we'll definitely be calling Vital again for our next service.
