I have had great experiences with my treatments at VA. My skin always looks noticeably better after I leave, and I also feel way more educated about my skin and what treatments and products actually make sense for me. I’ve had multiple treatments with Thuan and also a facial/consultations with Caitleen, and they have both gone out of their way for me! They are super knowledgeable, thorough, and easy to talk to, and the whole office has a really comfortable, welcoming vibe. Definitely recommend :)
Be careful when trusting your provider, as you should verify what you are being charged and don't be trusting too easy. I had been a patient at Vital Aesthetics in Issaquah for about 2+ years, which is why this experience was especially disappointing. I received Botox for my masseters on 4.23.26 and was told to wait two weeks, but after 1.5 weeks, I felt no results. Stephanie has been my go-to for years atp and I am following them wherever they go! They are so talented and skilled and my skin is literally so beautiful thanks to them. Not only is the experience of the facial just amazing, but also Stephanie really being able to tell what it is your skin needs and knows exactly what to do given the skin focuses you provide them!
