Dear Vita Juwel, I purchased this do it yourself crystal water bottle at Pueblo Gem Show in Tucson yesterday and I came back home today and washed it with water but the middle portion of the glass broke, It was very thin and defective. I really like the concept of the gem water but I felt like the product that your company sell was unfortunately UNRELIABLE. I would like a refund for this item.
