Most of the staff at Twin Harbour Smiles have always been nice and welcoming, but there is one employee who completely changes the experience. She is a tall woman with long blonde hair(don’t know her name)and unfortunately, her attitude toward my family has been extremely rude and disrespectful. Also she put on one of my friends kid that he has a mental issue on his profile because my friend’s kid spoke back because the lady was giving an attitude to him. Horrible experience all around, had to switch orthodontist between the office. They have no availability, they don’t answer calls or anything. Ever since switched names, it has been awful!

I came in with my son today and I followed the dentists orders about making an appointment an emergency if the wire comes out again however my son was turned away from treatment stating that it was supposed to be a regular appointment. I was made to feel so uncomfortable by your staff as well and my son, I feel he was turned away in spite.
