My 12-year-old son got his braces today. The staff was very friendly, polite, and professional. The entire process was easy and smooth. We are very excited to see the results.
The staff are nice and office is very clean but they are very expensive and not all insurance covers them, they also charge $50 if you miss a appointment but I’m already paying thousands of dollars every month. My daughter has had them for 5 years and still have a gap in between her teeth they take a long time to see noticeable changes in her teeth.
So far so good! Making appts is easy - great hours - my daughter’s teeth are coming along. The practice so far has been awesome!
Horrible! Complete liar and bait and switch. A real piece of crap. Was warned by many but didn’t listen. Buyer beware.
