Used to be great. Since they stopped using Fedex and UPS and use Ontrac, deliveries take longer. I've been a customer over 12 years. Ordered here in NC, shipped from less than 50 miles away in NC, and it's going to take 2 days to get it, and I used to get it the next day.

I had been a customers for 10 years, but will never use vitacost again. My account was hacked. Vitacost did nothing. I then created another account with my work email to order, and they wanted to verify my credit card details over email. I called to verify, bc sending my personal credit card details is how you get hacked. Customer service is unable to verify over phone and no one called me to tell me. They have lost a 10-year customer, and I will be telling my friends and family who use vitacost that they have poor security ... read more
