Easy check in with the guard and once the gate opened keep to your right and buzz In the door to the right. The lady with glasses so rude and has no manners I think she’s used to boss people around
Refused to replace glass jars shattered in box! Chatted for over 40 min and still no go. They packed glass jars on bottom of bos wrapped in single sheet of paper!
Great selection of products, though in particular, I mostly buy their Edensoy soymilk, which is the best soymilk in America. Vitacost also has fast shipping service, the best prices, anywhere, retail, or online, and they pack the fragile soymilk cartons extremely well. They also ship to a nearby FedEx center where I can pick up at my convenience. Have been with Vitacost for many years, and recommend them highly to any and all.
This company is a DISHONEST HELL. This company scams people now. First the correct price is charged to your credit card, but then when they split the order into two deliveries, the total of the two deliveries (which they are now billing separately) is higher than what you paid them for the *entire* order. Check your actual credit card bill--that's where I saw that they charged more than what was on the actual order invoice.
