AWFUL!!!! Placed an order, checked out as normal. 4 days later I get an email saying they could not process my order because information was missing. I reply to the email with everything that was asked for again, even though it was the same as what I put in the email. I get a follow up email 3 days later stating they cancelled the order. When I reached out they couldn't give a reason as to why lol. I see other reviews saying the same thing. They still have an ordering system from '98? Absolute joke.
Bunch of dirt bags
Used to be great. Since they stopped using Fedex and UPS and use Ontrac, deliveries take longer. I've been a customer over 12 years. Ordered here in NC, shipped from less than 50 miles away in NC, and it's going to take 2 days to get it, and I used to get it the next day.
