When I called VitaCorp to ask why results of recent x~rays were not posted on Pocket Health, I was told that I must contact the referring doctor in order to receive them. This is incorrect. In order to correct this I had to make multiple calls to VitaCorp. Also, the in the resulting x~rays the name of my referring doctor was incorrect and no “Report” accompanied the results. Not a positive exerience, and obviously not professional procedure on the part of VitaCorp.
