I am so happy I joined in on Dr Lisa's 21 day cleanse. I not only learned I can enjoy cleaner and organic foods but I did feel better. I loved making my own hummus, dressings and even tangerine sherbert. And most recipes were easy and only a few ingredients. I did lose some weight & inches. One big Win was I'm not having to take my heartburn supplement!! I will do this again
Just wanted to say that Dr Lisa has been a great help with the gastrointestinal issues that I've had. The supplements that she has prescribed have helped tremendously. She has also provided many helpful tips and additional guidance for other medical issues that have proven effective.
