I’ve been to other weight training classes in the past and my experience there has been that I either had to do expensive 1-on-1 trainings to keep up or settle for been left behind in group classes. NOT HERE! Group classes feel very human, approachable and curated. I’m sure the 1-1 ones are great too (knowing the coaches), but I haven’t opted for them. Terrence is the best coach I’ve had in a long time. He is very committed, knowledgeable and attentive. The gym is well equipped and has really good vibes.
Coach T is a great trainer and coach ! Very hardworking and dedicated individual who has a passion for what he does! The gym is perfect for anyone who loves community and intimacy when it relates to training!
