Clueless about their own products and very rude when this is brought to their attention. Soecified my condition and was recommended a product that actually has a warning not to use with my condition, only saw that when I got home. So I called to ask about an exchange or return and was hung up on. Have gifted the recommended product and won’t return.
Clueless about their own products and very rude when this is brought to their attention. I came in, with my baby, asking if they had a postnatal vitamin suitable for breastfeeding. The lady said not specifically but recommended this $55 multi vitamin for this, I asked again if this would work given my specific needs right now, she confirmed. Love this pharmacy! It’s a small, local, business that provides compounding services which is very difficult to come by nowadays in Vancouver. The proprietor, Hanna, is very helpful and knowledgeable and always does her best to give her customers the products they are looking for. I’ve been a loyal customer for 15 years and wouldn’t know what I would do without Vita Vie!
