Clueless about their own products and very rude when this is brought to their attention. I came in, with my baby, asking if they had a postnatal vitamin suitable for breastfeeding. The lady said not specifically but recommended this $55 multi vitamin for this, I asked again if this would work given my specific needs right now, she confirmed. Love this pharmacy! It’s a small, local, business that provides compounding services which is very difficult to come by nowadays in Vancouver. The proprietor, Hanna, is very helpful and knowledgeable and always does her best to give her customers the products they are looking for. I’ve been a loyal customer for 15 years and wouldn’t know what I would do without Vita Vie!
You want to be screamed at and called a fool? Then this is the place to go ! Walked in asked Hanna if they have a special iron I was looking for . She replied that they don’t but they have this one and it’s the best! To a simple question that any pharmacist would be able to reply to why is this particular iron is better then others she screamed at me saying why are you coming here asking weird questions! Yes that was her answer! When I turned around and said wow that was rude she called me a fool! Amazing customer service !
