Emma combines amazing technique with knowledge in her massages and other remedial treatments. She sits with you to get a really good understanding of what your are needing and then gives a rationale as to what type of massage or remedial therapies are needed. That way you can really track your progress and goals. Not to mention that you feel amazing afterwards. Highly recommend!!
I really was happy with my experience at vita thereapy. Emma was very well trained in massage, and has a friendly personality. I felt great after. I 100% recommended Vita Therapy for relief after workouts or just general muscle relief.
Best massage I've ever had. Emma made me feel so comfortable. Had an hour long massage, the most magical hands to ever touch my body. Can't wait to my next one.
