We have full body treatments with a steam canopy to absorb nutrients into the skin. Horrible customer service!
I’ve been trying to get them to stop sending invoices for months and I keep getting them, though I am no longer signed up for their membership program. I’ve called and left messages to no avail. Nobody picks up and nobody gets back to me. When I sent notice I was ending my membership, I received no response and had to call to confirm I was no longer a member since I kept receiving invoices. Happy to remove the bad review if someone would address this.
My husband booked a bath and massage for my Valentines gift. Wow! This was the best gift ever! Nicky gave me an amazing massage that put me into a total twilight zone of relaxation. It was the best massage I ever had. My bath was lovely and peaceful. The facility is gorgeous with all the comfort boxes checked. The only suggestion I have is to integrate grab bars on or by the tub for us older people with knee issues. It was kind of scary as the tub seemed 100 miles deep when I was getting out. Ack! I will be back!
