Such a wonderful place. The clinic has a calm, spa-like feel that immediately puts you at ease, and the team are incredibly welcoming. The psychologist I saw was so helpful and supportive. Thank you for being so professional every step of the way.
Dr Ricardo is Uncontactable by my GP and specialists, uncontactable by me. Emails that were sent never replied to, calls often have you listen to a 30+ second brief every time you call. I've seen more then a few psychiatrists unfortunately, but this experience was one of the worst I've ever had with a practice and psychiatrist.
Was referred to this practice, forwarded my referral by email as per the phone message when I tried to call, followed up after day 2 receptionist couldn’t find my email (which was sent to the correct address) I emailed a second time, then another day later I received a message declining me their service …… what an absolute disgrace
Dr Fran Murdoch is amazing, she did more in one session with my daughter than her old psychiatrist did over the past year. My daughter finally has the right diagnosis and is on her way to gaining that independence which she would never have achieved with her old psychiatrist. She takes her time to get all the information needed to help and we have never felt rushed through the appointments. Thank you again Fran - you are second to none.
Horrible deceitful practice. In 2022 I tried to book an appointment with Dr. Dhara Perera, who was recommended to me by a family friend who’s also a psychiatrist. The original date set was in September, but that family friend told me that Dr Perera had agreed to see me at an earlier time, and that I just needed to contact the clinic again and tell them that I was recommended to Dr Perera by that family friend of mine.
