Clean and spacious environment so feels calming. The reception is very professional and supportive. The practioners are wonderful and lots of variety of specialists. It is worth the wait to get in with them.
Took them a month to tell me they had no appointments despite telling me I would get one in October. Completely ruined my chances of being able to compldgr TAFE because now I vace no medication, told them it was urgent. Time wasters.
Does not issue electronic scripts, and is not open on weekends (despite their website stating that they're open until 3pm on Saturdays). Given that they charge for posting scripts out and the waiting period, this is simply not good enough.
