Morgan and her team at Vita Fitness are amazing!! I have done small group training and classes at Vita for several years. Her workouts are always challenging and fun. Morgan makes you work hard and encourages you to push your limits. The studio is clean and inviting. I highly recommend Vita Fitness!!!!
Vita Fitness is by far my favourite gym. I started at Vita by doing Personal Training sessions and they helped me develop a consistent exercise routine and learn about different ways to strengthen my body. I have taken different classes at Vita (they have a good variety) and have enjoyed them all. The staff are PHENOMENAL and make you feel welcome and included. Morgan and Mandy are absolutely incredible trainers at Vita fitness. I have been with them since they opened and absolutely love everything about the environment, the classes, the people, the music, the equipment and the results of my workouts 💪
What a great facility! The staff are encouraging, check your form and know what they’re doing. Everyone is nice and welcome and I definitely recommend Vita Fitness to anyone looking for a great work out!
