I was sceptical to join a gym. But, after my first class I was hooked and 73 class later feeling stronger and healthier! Thanks to the instructors at Vita who made me feel comfortable and welcomed. They are knowledgeable, encouraging and they make each class fun.
I’m a new member at Vita Fitness, and my experience has been nothing short of amazing. The atmosphere is welcoming and encouraging, the instructors are motivating, and the facility is clean and well maintained. The classes and boot camp sessions are challenging, fun, and supportive, no matter your fitness level. I would highly recommend Vita Fitness to anyone looking for motivating group fitness classes/sessions and an encouraging community.
Got a 10 class pass in the fall, love that I can use the pass for an entire year, and go to whatever classes I would like. I've been taking the circuit classes with Morgan and love them, but also tried a Barre & Pilates class which was also great. Looking forward to renewing my pass and continuing to attend classes. Morgan also does a great job at providing modifications to fit your needs.
Vita is a clean, safe and positive environment to train in. Morgan keeps our workouts challenging and fun. Feels good to push myself weekly outside my comfort zone. Vita staff are encouraging, helpful and knowledgeable.
