These people really need to up their game Diagnosing someone elder with CHF and then calling it normal is beyond impale . Then to leave a follow up in a years time while patient has progressive symptoms is unforgivable. It's a great shame that healthcare has become so inadequate. I would urge them to seriously change their performance to serve for better

From the appointment process, front desk, through to the support staff I found everything very efficient and courteous. Highly recommend Dr. Kirsten Marshall who has been my cardiologist for several years either side of a heart valve replacement. I have found her to be kind, informative and someone who actually listens to concerns and values my input. I have had 2 excellent appointments at Vita Diagnostics. The reception staff made booking easy, the appointment was timely, and the cardiologist was polite, helpful and organized.

I recommend AVOIDING THIS CLINIC! I was referred to Dr. Braganza for specific issues that I was having with my lungs. Not only was he late for every one of my appointments, (between 30 and 90 minutes late,) but Dr. Braganza also made unacceptable errors in my treatment. He charted that I was taking medications that I had never once been prescribed or used, (which I only found out when I requested a copy of my file,) and he refused to address the actual reason for my referral. I recently visited this clinic for an echocardiogram and ECG, and unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience. During the echocardiogram, the sonographer applied excessive pressure, to the point that I expressed clear discomfort and told her it was too hard. Despite that, she did not adjust or acknowledge my concern, which made the procedure unnecessarily unpleasant. To make matters worse, there was poor communication regarding my appointment.
