I had my Echo and ETT tests on 31st October 2025. Till today my family doctor has not received Echo test (Heart Ultrasound) report. Also, the test reports have not been uploaded on Alberta Health website. Till writing of this review I have spoken three time to Vita Diagnostic help line staff to expedite the matter and send my Echo test results to my family doctor and upload results of both the tests on Alberta Health website. I am very fortunate to have Dr Marshall as my cardiologist, she is warm, empathetic, and listens to her patients! She never makes you feel rushed or silly for questions. A lot of drs could take notes on proper patient care, it takes nothing more than seeing your patients as human, and Dr Marshall does that better than most. These people really need to up their game Diagnosing someone elder with CHF and then calling it normal is beyond impale . Then to leave a follow up in a years time while patient has progressive symptoms is unforgivable. It's a great shame that healthcare has become so inadequate. I would urge them to seriously change their performance to serve for better
