Place has gone downhill. Dentist, Christine is focused on money, argumentative, rude, instils fear in her staff and shouldn’t be in any customer facing business. Response: As the person I am complaining about owns the practice, there is no point in following up my complaint!
My experience at Vita Dental Care has been fantastic since making the switch to this practice. Christine is a brilliant dentist who puts me at ease with her precision and clarity. The seventy mile round trip is well worth it for me.
All the staff were extremely courteous and efficient. Christine's dental care is exemplary. She's is a perfectionist with her treatments. I've always felt at ease and nothing is ever too much trouble. My children are also extremely comfortable in her care and they're always great at accommodating family appointments. Having attended other dentists over the years, I couldn't recommend Vita Dental Care highly enough.
