On their website they are promoting to become a dealer. We got scammed by one of their dealers. The dealer blamed them for delays and mishandling of our products. Vita was made well aware of the situation but made no efforts in resolving the issues. Seems they are pushing out more fraudulent dealers than they are cabinets. Do not by any means trust this company. I will share further updates and reviews.
The level of customer service that I have been receiving has been outstanding! I haven't had any issues with the quality of sales and services since the beginning of my account.
What makes the difference with Vita cabinets, in addition to the quality of the cabinets and prompt delivery, is the team's attention to responding to unexpected situations with my clients when working on their homes. Every time I needed a quick response to something, Vita always responded in a personalized and efficient way to respond and help us with the situation. A lot of flexibility and a lot of attention to my company.
Good collection and design. Friendly staff . Not too expensive but good quality. It's above builder grade and good color choices. Well made cabinet with solid wood.
