Rosy's work used to be good, but my last apt. Left me unsatisfied, I asked her no highlights on top only the inside hair and she left one on each side, I went to have corrected and she even messed it up more. I have to go to a different place and have it fixed, obviously I payed for that. She wasted my time and money. DONT COME HERE IF YOU WANT YOUR HAIR TO GET MESSED UP. I have photos. I finish paying $560.
