Everybody there is so friendly and thorough
Had an appt at VisualEyes Optometry on 3/4/25, and couldn't be happier! This appt was created through the VA Community Care, which is a hit or miss sometimes, but what a terrific experience, so I thank Poplar Bluff, Mo. for making this for me. Everyone was smiling and cheerful, just a place to make your day special. I've been monocular for over 40 yrs, so it's important to me to have great care. Dr Tolbert is very thorough. Staff is just as attentive as doctor. Answer questions & concerns. If forgot to ask while in the office a phone call away is all it takes to get answers. They obviously work in harmony which is quite pleasant.
