Customer service goes a long way! Visit Aug. 17 Kingstowne Alexandria location! Office Manager Betsy refused to let me know Dr. Vo is her supervisor. Poor communication and lack of returned calls. I called the Pentagon City location (2) twice to leave a message for Dr. Vo was told she would be in Tuesday at Alexandria location. Then Wednesday she's out.
Dr is thorough and knowledgeable. Staff is super friendly and respectful.
This was my first eye exam, and I had a great experience. The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the doctor was professional, patient, and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all my questions and explained every test, which made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. I highly recommend them!
