Poor customer service. This store is focused on upselling every chance they get. NOT recommended!
Doctor was lovely and so kind. The woman at the desk with colorful hair is unfriendly. I felt uncomfortable, I will not be returning.
Bessy is the BEST! I was shopping for an office which would order me new lenses for some high end frames I had. Bessy knew her stuff, was not pushy, and is obviously good at multi-tasking…. I am sure the optometrist is good - but if you want competent and knowledgeable service after you have a new prescription - you can not go wrong by asking for Bessy…. Check my other reviews - I tell it like it is…
I take my kids to visual eye optometrists to the Kingstown location in Alexandria and we have had the best service you can think of. If my daughter is running low on her contacts and needs some before we place an order they will be so happy to give her some while she waits for her order. We are very happy with them!
Thank you to the office manager, Bessy and the Fairfax office manager ( I’m sorry forget her name) for helping with answering calls. Being so short staff I understand the chaos and stress. Between them both they were able to spare me trial contact Lenses before my Rx expires.
