Michael is absolutely amazing — friendly, patient, and genuinely cares about his customers. Every visit, he makes the experience comfortable and enjoyable.
Betsy Swenby is the best optometrist I have ever had, in the past 50 + years! Her office is extremely updated, she is very thorough and has no problem with taking the time to answer any questions I have. And Michael Carrano is wonderful when having to pick out new glasses. He is honest about what looks best on me. I could not do without his suggestion! He will go over all options available without being pushy and know exactly how much and what my insurance will cover.
Both doctors are outstanding! I’ve been going here for eye care and glasses for about 9 years. They explain everything thoroughly and are very kind. Michael is the absolute best at choosing frames (seriously, let him pick) and fitting them. Their entire staff is great which tells me they take care of their people & are great to work for. So happy with and confident about getting eye care at Visual Eyes. Cannot recommend highly enough.
