Would give way more than ten stars if I could. These guys went above and beyond more than once to fix problems for me (none of which were their fault to begin with). They are great and understanding. Especially Michael. Really appreciate these guys. Highly recommended!
Michael is absolutely amazing — friendly, patient, and genuinely cares about his customers. Every visit, he makes the experience comfortable and enjoyable.
Betsy Swenby is the best optometrist I have ever had, in the past 50 + years! Her office is extremely updated, she is very thorough and has no problem with taking the time to answer any questions I have. And Michael Carrano is wonderful when having to pick out new glasses. He is honest about what looks best on me. I could not do without his suggestion! He will go over all options available without being pushy and know exactly how much and what my insurance will cover.
