Our whole family has been going there for many years. The Service for adults and children is fantastic. And they have a great choice of frames as well.
I cannot recommend and thank Deb from Visual Eyes enough. She delivered high level service with such care and compassion. She made sure I was comfortable throughout every test and has truly made me feel cared about whilst investigating my migraines and optical issues. She diagnosed eye related issues other optometrists had recently missed. Lara was also beautifully helpful when picking out frames and giving advice. I am so impressed with the service and care. 5 stars all around from me. I would give 6 if I could.
I got my specialised glasses for my BVD and I'm impressed how well they help my vision. If your neurodivergent and require care by a team that are happy to accommodate to your needs I would recommend this lot!

From an Interstate traveller, I have nothing but praise for the great team at Visual Eyes. Shane has given me a 'dry eye' regime that has already shown improvements, but most importantly he allows ample adjustment time for your choices during the eye exam leaving me confident with my new lens prescription.
