I have had a great first experience here, firstly at Reception and then with Shane the wonderful Optometrist, who listened with empathy, explained every test clearly as it was carried out, then took me out to choose and measure up for new multifocals. As a relative newcomer to Hobart, I am very happy with my choice of Optician.
Eye test with Shane Duggan. Shane was fantastic, very professional and gave great information on all aspects of the process and condition of my eyes and eyesight. Couldn’t recommend Shane highly enough.
I had my eyes tested for the first time yesterday at Visual Eyes, and I was genuinely impressed. Shane, the optometrist, was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain everything clearly. The entire team was attentive, friendly, and clearly very knowledgeable. The service was outstanding from start to finish. I highly recommend booking an eye test with them — Shane was absolutely fabulous. Thank you!
