A beautiful small family owned business. I attended with my sister and my baby niece (8 months). The baby needs glasses and the young man (son of the owner) was extremely knowledgeable and kind with my baby niece and helped us find a great pair of glasses for her. The optometrist is highly skilled with children and an expert with vision therapy. Lara was also friendly and helpful and sorted out my glasses purchase and worked within my health fund limitations. Lots of stylish frames and reasonable prices. Highly recommend.
Such a great experience, I took our 15 y.o son to see Shane Duggan at Visualeyes. Shane was wonderful and made the whole thing interesting and enjoyable. He was very thorough, checking binocular and behavioural aspects of my son’s vision, he explained it all clearly, a natural educator with a very friendly and easy manner. Service with heart
Had a very good experience at VisualEyes. Evan was extremely helpful and his customer service was excellent. Shane was personable and informative and the eye examination was thorough. Great selection of frames as well.
If you need glasses, you need to visit Debbie ar VisualEyes! I had been struggling to find glasses that work and had been to four different optometrists around Hobart before coming to VisualEyes. Debbie was able to diagnose my binocular dysfunction (double vision) and prescribe me glasses that work - I haven’t taken them off since I got them and went back for a back up pair and sunnies!
