Set up an appointment for 8am-noon on Saturday, confirmed the appointment on the previous day by phone, waited the entire morning and they re not here. Called them shortly after noon to find out what s happening, and their voice recording says they re only open until noon that day. Leaving a customer to wait an entire weekend morning without notice even after confirming the day before is absolutely unacceptable, unprofessional at best and a complete mockery to the customer.
