Questionable customer service - especially disappointing when you are spending thousands of dollars on equipment just to be ignored and never updated until the day of delivery that your order is on the way - or, in my case, I was never notified at all. It just showed up, and days later I found out the order arrived. They are very unorganized for a seemingly high-qulaity company.
