Extremely happy with our auto body repair. So glad we picked Visual FX Custom Paint and Body. Great communication and great work. Super convenient to have Enterprise at the same location! Fair price and high quality work.
I dropped in there a couple of months ago to see about having fender flares put on my RX-7. The lady at the desk (after making me stand there for 5 minutes, with no other customers there) was about as unprofessional as they came and pretty much down right rude. I have read through the reviews on here and it seems to be a common theme when referring to interfacing with customers/potential customers. I was in a car accident and took my car to this body shop. Before I did I called to make sure they work with the person who hit me insurance and to see how close Enterprise was. Leslie was very helpful and explained the process to me and Enterprise is in the same office, making this a one stop shop. I had my car towed to the shop, signed a couple of papers and Leslie went over the timeline. I walked to Enterprise (4-5 steps away) and got my rental. I was there less than 39 minutes. Unfortunately I have to give this company a one star , they are unprofessional when it come to communication with people. Leslie dose not return your phone calls & Emma is no better. I was hoping they would have just told me they couldn’t handle my car.
I called and spoke to Dalton about a couple questions I had and he was so helpful and lead me to the right direction. Highly reccomend using this shop! Very honest people.
