Returning customer many times for high end spectacles!! Sadly customer service lags well behind professionalism regarding repairs and warranties and be sure will NOT RETURN for new pair of sports glasses. Failing to do the right thing by the customer says it all. Was told that honoring warranty wasn’t cost effective for THEM! No big deal. World goes on and MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.
I can see If you are looking for a high quality eye doctor as well as a high quality glasses this is a great place. Thet take some insurance but they are very inexpensive. Most of the time they have buy one set of eyeglasses get one free. They are fast and can pich up your glasses in a few hours. Great selection of eyeglasses as well as name brand as well. PROS: price CONS: none
I've known these guys for years, always a pleasure to work with.
When purchasing new frames at times you get it right with the first try and at times you don't. Unfortunately, if you purchased your new frames here and are not happy they will not provide you with a refund, but instead a store credit after service charges have been applied for the return of the frames and lenses. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with such hospitality that it makes the whole experience pleasurable. I had to have a routine eye exam and was also in need of new glasses and sunglasses. Dr. Evans listened to my concerns and did an thorough exam with all new equipment and technology; some of which I have never seen and I've been having eye exams for 20 years. I was in town visiting family a couple of weeks ago, and I dropped into this store while I was at Mizner Park. I was looking for a pair of nice sunglasses, and they had a great selection in a very stylish environment. The office staff was very nice and patient, and they helped me to pick out a great pair of sunglasses. I had a great experience, and I'd definitely recommend this store and staff to everyone.
I had an excellent experience with Dr. Evans and staff. The office is very clean, professional and welcoming. I was fitted with a contact lens that has given me no trouble. Great job Dr. Evans! I also purchased a pair of glasses and have loved the fit and received many compliments. Dr. Evans is knowledgeable and I would recommend Visual Eyes at Mizner Park for anyone looking for an eye doctor.
I would definitely recommend Visual Eyes to anyone looking for a very professional Doctor using the most advanced equipment available. Dr. Evans is great and I had the best experience picking out my glasses. The staff is super knowledgeable and they makes sure you have the perfect pair of glasses to fit your face.
