Visual Diversity is the best thing which happened to us since we decided to build ours first home. Display house was so beautiful that we knew right away that we found our builder. My wife and I did not have the most pleasant experience . Everything seemed terrific until we signed the contract . 4 months in from contract with a registered block and we could not gain council approved plans in which we picked from their office ( visual diversity sales office ripley qld 4306 ). Sales person began not to answer calls and communication became almost non existent in which I had to drive to the office just for an update .
