My wife and I did not have the most pleasant experience . Everything seemed terrific until we signed the contract . 4 months in from contract with a registered block and we could not gain council approved plans in which we picked from their office ( visual diversity sales office ripley qld 4306 ). Sales person began not to answer calls and communication became almost non existent in which I had to drive to the office just for an update . Being a first home owner, everything was very overwhelming and daunting at the beginning. But I still remember the first day at the display house, my husband and I felt in love with the beautiful raked roof and we HAD to have it. Andrew was so helpful and knowledgable so that we were able to get the floor plan that was best suited for us within our budget. He suggested things that we would have not thought of ourselves!
