I bought a projector from them about 4 years ago and it's going strong. They have very fast customer response time. I hope the place grows strong, they should have a referral program :P I'll be getting an upgraded one in less then a year! Wonderful!

All in all, a pretty helpful company when trying to put together a home theater projection system. The representative that I spoke with at Visual Apex was knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions, however they were not as thorough as some of their competitors. It did seem as though the representative was distracted and handling several chats at once. I would however give them another shot when I upgrade my system in the future as I appreciated their time and effort.

Update - i contacted customer service and they immediately shipped a replacement projector to me. Their service was excellent and i will use them again in the future! A note of caution, please read the return instructions carefully before touching your packaging. I inadvertently created a potential problem for myself. I removed the original shipping label so as not to confuse fedex when they picked the package. My return instructions said not to remove the original label and to place the rerurn label over the top... I just r... read more
