“I had an extremely, extremely, extremely bad experience with TXU Energy! Never, ever do business with this company! My house was completely empty and had no usage, yet I got a $472.56bill for one month! Every time I contact customer support, they say one thing, and the contract says another! This is absolutely unfair! I want to know how I’m supposed to pay this $

When my current energy plan was going to expire, I called TXU to compare rates. I was connected with Peter O, and he was able to give me a great new plan that will shave a lot off of my energy bills. Peter was kind and patient, and answered all of my questions and concerns. My new plan will begin tomorrow, and TXU will cancel my existing plan without me having to call them. I'm a very happy TXU customer!
