Got the help I need.
They tell me my plan expired although I didn't receive notification. But here is the thing. They sent me a bill double the amount that I've ever had with them for 18 months. They say they put me on a month to month because I did not renew. I canceled their service 9 days after my expiration date. So they already build me for the huge amount before my contract expired and I only use 9 days of their month to month.
