Wow! The people at Vistra Framing are incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and so kind! I walked into the store with a disaster: a framed photograph that had dropped off the wall and cracked the glass. I naively thought I could just replace the glass, but we found that the frame was dented and couldn't be repaired. I will spare you the details of the rest of my story which ended like a fairy tale with me walking out of the store with a beautifully framed photograph.
