For me to write a testimonial, it has to be either outstanding or abysmal! My visit to Vistera was outstanding. I can visualise how attractive the community will look, and is already beginning to do so, and it is ideally located. We had the pleasure of working with Chris at Vistera, and we can't recommend him enough! We were purchasing a home from out of state, and Chris made the entire process smooth and stress-free. From the very first conversation, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive to our questions. He went above and beyond to ensure we were informed at every step. I would like to pay a high compliment to the Sales Associate at Neal Communities/Vistera of Venice location, Chris Caropreso. My wife Olha Symko is realtor in the Venice area and she has shown the Vistera community to a few of her clients. I also had the chance to tour the community and I quickly observed that Chris was the utmost professional, not only with all home buying prospects, but with myself as well.
