We are moving from TX and are very excited! We are very very happy with Neal Communities and their employees, from Chris in sales, to Shawn our bldg mgr and Will in Warranty. They are all so helpful and will do what needs to be done to keep you happy with your new home! The community’s amenities are top notch and the closeness to the beaches are more reasons we purchased here.

I'm a Realtor with Exit King Realty and brought my client to the Vistera development to view the villas. We were greeted by Chris Caropresso the New Home Sales Associate. Chris was extremely professional and knowledgeable not only about his homes but the other competitive builders in the area. He worked with my client to get her a very fair deal and immediately contacted his lender to solidify the financing. We worked with Chris Caropresso with Neil Communities and he was just awesome! We were looking to downsize and the newer Neil villas are just beautiful! We have impact glass and an extended lanai. Lots of storage - we love it! We chose Vistera for the location. It’s close to Venice and close to the interstate so it’s convenient for us to head up to Sarasota. I can visualise how attractive the community will look, and is already beginning to do so, and it is ideally located.
