We worked with Chris Caropresso with Neil Communities and he was just awesome! We were looking to downsize and the newer Neil villas are just beautiful! We have impact glass and an extended lanai. Lots of storage - we love it! We chose Vistera for the location. It’s close to Venice and close to the interstate so it’s convenient for us to head up to Sarasota.
